This website is operated by Quality Office Automation Sdn. Bhd.. By using the website, creating an account or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge our Privacy & PDPA Notice. If you do not agree, please do not submit personal information or quotation requests.
2. Catalogue information
Product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, colours, photographs and availability are provided for general guidance. Screen settings, manufacturing variations and supplier changes may cause differences. Please confirm material, dimensions, colour and intended use before accepting a quotation.
3. Prices and quotations
Prices and cart totals shown on this website are indicative estimates only and may change without prior notice. They may exclude delivery, installation, assembly, taxes, optional finishes or other project costs. Availability, specifications, colours, delivery charges and final pricing are subject to confirmation in our written quotation.
Submitting a quotation request does not create a confirmed order, reservation or contract. A transaction becomes binding only when the applicable written quotation or order is accepted in the manner stated in that document and any required payment is received.
4. Quotation validity and changes
Each formal quotation may state its own validity period, payment schedule, delivery estimate and special conditions. Those specific terms prevail over conflicting general website information. Requested changes may result in revised price or delivery timing.
5. Availability and delivery
Stock and delivery dates are estimates until confirmed. Delays may occur because of suppliers, transport, custom work, access restrictions or events reasonably outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and suitable site access unless agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Payment, cancellation, returns and warranty
Payment, deposit, cancellation, return, refund and warranty terms will be stated in the applicable quotation, invoice or written agreement. Custom-made, specially ordered or assembled goods may be subject to additional restrictions permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Malaysian law.
